- Subject of Nepal
- A Tibetan’s refugee’s descendant who came before 1/1/1962 to India with the purpose of setting in India permanently.
- A person migrated from Burma, Pakistan, Kenya’s East African countries, Sri Lanka, Uganda, Malawi, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zaire, Zambia, Vietnam and Ethiopia who is of Indian origin and came with the intention of setting in India permanently.

- The age of candidate who is willing to apply for the exam must be between 18-27 years. The candidates born before 02/08/1990 and after 01/08/1999 are not eligible for the exam.
