SSC MTS 2017 Examination: The Staff Selection Commission examination of Multi Tasking Staff is being held from August 16 to October 31. Earlier, the examination for the steno grade C and D was held between 11 and 14 September 2017. SSC had canceled the MTC exam in June due to paper leak. This time the examination will be computer-based. In June this test was done offline. Here’s what the Exam pattern and other rules will be.
SSC Notification issued: –
- The examination held on 30 April, 14 and 28 May, 4 and 11 June has been canceled. –
- This time the exam will be completely online.
- Examinations will be conducted between 16 September and 31 October.
- SSC MTS Paper 1 – September 16 to October 31.
- While the SSC steno grade ‘C’ and ‘D’ exams have been held between 11-14 September.
SSC Exam Pattern Updates
According to the latest notification issued by the SSC, there is no change in the pattern of the paper. Candidates will get 90 minutes time for Paper 1. Paper will have four sections of 25 questions and every question will be of 2 marks. Paper will be 200 marks, while PH candidates will get 120 minutes to resolve this.
Negative Marking on SSC MTS Examination
On the wrong answer in the paper, there will also be negative marking. Every wrong answer will be cut one-fourth point. As there has been no change in exam pattern, there is no change in the marking policy as well. The paper will be of maximum 200 marks and there is no change in this too. It is mandatory to take an Admit Card at the examination center.
Process to Download SSC MTS Admit Card 2017
To download the Admit Card of SSC MTS Exam 2017, first go to SSC’s official website ssc.nic.in. Click the link of admit card here. Here you will find a link to the Status of Candidates of Multi Tasking Staff, click on it. Now a new page will open, where you will have to enter your related information and then you will see an admit card. Download it and print it. It is compulsory to present it when taking the exam.
SSC MTS Exam preparations
According to the Expert, students should first answer those questions which they have a good knowledge of. Responding in a hurry can be costly because one wrong fourth answer number will be deducted. At the same time, the paper computer will be based, so it is necessary that students will first see the demo video released by SSC.
